Wet fry beef with chips

Ingredients

2 people
  1. 250 gbeef steak
  2. 3 tbspcooking oil
  3. 1medium size onion
  4. 1large size tomato
  5. 1royco cube
  6. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1jalapeno pepper
  9. 1 bowlfries

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the meat into small pieces, wash clean and put it to boil until tender.

  2. 2

    As the water clears, cut the onion and add it to the meat then stir to dry up the water.

  3. 3

    Add cooking oil then stir till golden brown.

  4. 4

    Add diced tomatoes and peppers. Mix till the tomatoes turns to paste.

    Add the soy sauce and let it cook for a few minutes then add the royco cube.

    Add a 1/4 cup of water & let it simmer for a 1 min.

    Then add the fries to the stew and stir to avoid burning it.

    Turn off the stove and grab a serving. Best served with a cucumber and courgette salad marinated in lemon juice.
