  1. 5medium size potatoes
  2. 1/8 tspcurry powder
  3. 1/8salt
  4. 1stock cube
  5. 2Scotch bonnet
  6. 1small bulb onion
  7. 1/2 cupoil

Cooking Instructions

    Peel,wash and dice potatoes into circle shape and mix with little salt

  2. 2

    Fry it in a hot oil until well fried

  3. 3

    Wash and slice onion and scotch bonnet

  4. 4

    In another pan heat 1 tbsp oil and add in sliced scotch bonnet and onion with little curry powder and stock cube,semi fry it and add fried potatoes and stir occasionally. Serve and enjoy!
