Cucumber rolls are great and can be easily customized to your liking. My favorite way though is with crab and salmon

What you’ll want to start off with is laying seran wrap on a cutting board (this makes rolling it together 10x easier but is not necessary)

Start to peel strips from your cucumber, but not like you are peeling it, just slide your peeler in the same spot to get nice thin strips.

Lay your strips on top of each other laterally.
- 4
Spread cream cheese on and add your salmon crab and avocado.
- 5
Roll your cucumber up but horizontally. You don’t want it to unfold.
