Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgminced meat (Beef,lamb or chicken)
  2. 500 gmspotatoes (chopped)
  3. All-purpose flour
  4. Masala powder
  5. 4eggs
  6. 1 bunchcoriander
  7. 1ginger chopped finely
  8. Salt
  9. Lemon water /juice

    Boil the potatoes in enough water with salt and 1/2 table spoon of masala powder...once cooked add in your lemon water/juice and mash it.

    To make the cutlets,take a handful of mashed potatoes in your palm,make a ball and then flatten the ball with your fingers to create a curved disk shape like pocket.

    Put a two table spoon of well prepared mince mixture in the centre and bring in the potatoes to create a ball like shape.

    Dip your cutlets in the flour,then dip it in your beaten eggs.

    Take a frying pan and shallow fry the cutlets on slow flame till golden brown.

    Serve with a cup of coffee or tea and chillie masala or any other preferred masala of your own choice.
