Ingredients

  1. 1small pack of glass noodle, soaked
  2. 1 tspoyster sauce
  3. 5 slicesginger
  4. 1 cupwater
  5. Around 15-20 pieces black fungus, soaked
  6. 2 sliceswinter melon, cut into cubes
  7. 1 tbspcooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat wok then add oil. Sautee ginger until aromatic.

    Then pour winter melon and black fungus. Mix well and add oyster sauce and water.

    Cover and simmer until melon is half cooked. Then add noodle.

    Simmer until done. Serveo
