Ingredients

  1. 1 bag (32 ounces)diced hash brown potatoes
  2. 1 pack (14 ounces)smoked sausage, cut into coins
  3. 2 tablespoonsunsalted whipped butter
  4. 1onion, sliced
  5. 1green pepper, sliced
  6. 1/8 teaspoonblack pepper
  7. 1 tablespoongarlic powder
  8. Olive oil, if needed
  9. Cooked eggs

Cooking Instructions

    Melt butter in a large skillet on low heat ….

  2. 2

    Add to melted butter your sliced onion, green pepper, black pepper, garlic powder and smoked sausage, sauté for several minutes…..

  3. 3

    Next add in your frozen bag of hash browns and continue to sauté until hash browns are golden …… At this point of you feel the potatoes are too dry just drizzle a little bit of olive oil all over and continue to sauté until potatoes are golden…..

    Serve topped with a fried egg on top and enjoy 😉!
