Ingredients

  1. 3Cucumber
  2. [A]
  3. 200 mlWater
  4. 1 1/2 tbspSugar
  5. 1 tbspVinegar
  6. 2 tspCoarse salt
  7. 3 cmKombu (finely shredded)
  8. 1Red chili pepper (seeds removed and sliced thinly)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash the cucumbers. Put the cucumbers and the combined [A] ingredients in a plastic bag. Push the air out of the bag, close and refrigerate for a day. Done.

    You can chop up the cucumbers and serve as an instant pickle dish, or skewer them as shown in the photo and crunch away.
