Ingredients

4 persons
  1. 1 cupall-purpose flour
  2. 1/4 cupcornflour
  3. 2 tbspoil for moin
  4. 3 tbspoil for applying
  5. 1/4 cupdry flour or aata to sprinkle
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Water to knead the dough

Cooking Instructions

    Mix both the flours, add salt and moin, gradually adding water, knead soft dough. Knead it well with greased hands until smooth and soft. Cover it for 10 mins.

    Make small balls of equal size and roll 2 puris from it.

  3. 3

    Apply oil on both the puris and sprinkle some dry flour on it.

  4. 4

    Cover one with the other puri and roll it gently to the desired size. We can sprinkle dry flour if needed.

    Heat the tawa. Roast the sheets at low flame on both the sides very lightly. Separate both the sides. Repeat for the remaining dough.

    Our Spring roll wrappers are ready.Cover the wrappers in mal cloth when cool, store them in a box and refrigerate. Use when needed and enjoy...
