Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 2pork loin chops
  2. 1/2onion
  3. 1 1/2 tablespoonsbutter (about 20 grams)
  4. 6 tablespoonsketchup
  5. 1 tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
  6. 1 teaspoongranulated soup stock
  7. as neededFlour,
  8. as neededSalt and pepper,
  9. 2 teaspoonsvegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Sprinkle salt and pepper on the pork chops and lightly coat them with flour.

    Thinly slice the onion and sauté in butter, then remove from the pan.

    Add oil to the pan and cook the pork chops.

    Return the sautéed onions to the pan, add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, 3 1/3 tablespoons water (50 mL), and granulated soup stock, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
