BBQ Ranch Chicken Flatbread

Ingredients

  1. 1long green pepper
  2. 10 ozchopped chicken breast
  3. 4 tbspbbq sauce
  4. 2flatbreads
  5. 1/2 cupmozzarella cheese
  6. 1/2 cupwhite cheddar cheese
  7. 1.5 ozbuttermilk ranch dressing
  8. Salt and pepper
  9. 2 tspcooking oil
  10. 4 tspolive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat over to 450°F with baking sheet on top rack

  2. 2

    Wash and dry produce.

    Core, deseed, and dice green pepper into 1/2-inch pieces

  3. 3

    Pat chicken dry with paper towels

  4. 4

    Heat a large drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat

    Add chicken and green pepper; season with salt and pepper.

    Cook,stirring, until chicken is browned and cook through (4-6 min)

    Stir in BBQ sauce

    Remove pan from heat

    Drizzle both side of each flatbread with olive oil; brush or run to coat all over.

    Season with salt and pepper

    Toast on top rack until golden brown and crisp (3-4 min)

    Evenly top toasted flatbreads with bbq chicken mixture, mozzarella, and cheddar

  9. 9

    Return to oven until cheese melts(2-3 min)

  10. 10

    Transfer to cutting board and cut into quarters

  11. 11

    Drizzle with ranch and serve
