Combine all hot sauce ingredients into a sauce pan. Heat over medium heat, occasionally stirring over medium heat. Once all combined & starts to boil, turn off heat & mix, let cool. Place water in saucepan with seasonings and let come to a boil.

Hot sauce will look like this. Once water boils, add chicken chunks into water & let boil 20min. Drain & shred chicken. Add any extra seasoning if needed. Preheat oven to 425.

Toss chicken in buffalo sauce. Spread cream cheese over flatbreads.

Drizzle a little buffalo sauce over the cream cheese. Add chicken, red onions & cheese. Place flat breads directly on oven rack for 7-9 minutes. If you want a soft crust place on pan for 9-11 minutes.
