Sift together flour, salt, and baking powder

In a separate bowl, beat sugar and butter together until light and fluffy (2 mins)

Add the eggs to the wet mixture, one at a time, while mixing. beat in vanilla

With the mixer running, gradually add in flour mixture. mix until well incorporated

Divide dough in half, tightly wrap in plastic wrap, and chill for 2 hours
- 6
Once dough is chilled, preheat oven to 375. roll out dough & cut to desired shape. bake for 8-12 minutes (until bottom edges slightly brown)
