Ingredients

  1. 1/2 pieceginger
  2. 3 piecegarlic
  3. 3 tablespoonsoy sauce
  4. to tastesalt
  5. royco(optional)
  6. 2 kgbroiler chicken sliced
  7. cooking oil(salad)
  8. water

Cooking Instructions

    Grate or blend the garlic and ginger together

    In a basin add the mixture of ginger and garlic,salt,soy sauce and royco

  3. 3

    Add little water and mix the chicken in..this will help in softening and also gives the chicken a taste

    Place a pan in your source of heat let it heat

  5. 5

    Add the cooking oil(1tablespoon) to prevent the chicken of sticking on the pan

    Add pieces of chicken depending with the size of your pan...

  7. 7

    Give it time to cook on one side..turn and cook the other side

    Use a knife to check if its well cook...

    If there is some blood inside continue cooking until no blood is seen.

    Repeat the procedure to the remaining chicken

    Using a baking rack place the cooked chicken and put it in the oven for about 15-20minutes...

    Serve while still hot with chips..
