Ingredients

2 servings
  1. dough
  2. 2 packagesactive dry yeast
  3. 1 tbspwhite sugar
  4. 5 cupall-purpose flour
  5. 2 tspsalt
  6. 2 cupwarm water (not hot or it will kill the yeast)
  7. 1/4 cupvegetable oil
  8. toppings
  9. 2tomatoes
  10. 5hardboiled eggs
  11. 1/2bell pepper
  12. 1 cancorn
  13. 8fresh button mushrooms
  14. 1 mediumonion
  15. 10 sliceham
  16. 1mozzarella cheese
  17. 1parmesan cheese
  18. salt and pepper
  19. sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to about 230°F C. In a bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let stand about 10 minutes

    Stir in flour, salt and oil. Beat or knead until smooth. Let the dough rest covered for about 1 hour in a warm place

    Roll into a circle about half a centimeter thick and place on slightly greased pizza pan

  4. 4

    Cut in circles the tomatoes, onions and eggs. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on eggs

  5. 5

    Cut mushrooms to medium sizes, and the bell peppers to thin strips

  6. 6

    Pour tomato sauce on pizza dough and spread evenly. Place strips of ham over it. Add the rest of the toppings including the corn, then top with mozarella and parmesan to your liking

    Place pizzas in oven on medium rack until the bottom of dough is slightly golden

  8. 8
