Ingredients

70 gramspeeled & chopped cucumber
120 mlpeach jam / preserves
2peaches, peeled, pitted & chopped
2 tbspred onion, finely chopped
1 tbspfresh chopped mint
1 tbsplime juice
1/4 tspsalt
1 dashwhite pepper

Cooking Instructions

5 mins

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and gently stir together

Cover and chill for 1 - 2 hours to let the flavours blend. Serve with grilled meats or as a dip
