Ingredients

  • 400 gramsshrimp
  • 3 clovegarlic minced
  • 2 gramsfresh ginger chopped
  • 1/2 tspgrated lemon rind
  • 2pcs jalapeno chopped red or green
  • 1big tomato chooped
  • 1 tbsptomato ketchup
  • 5 gramsbutter
  • 3 mlolive oil
  • spices...
  • 1 tspcurry powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcummin powder
  • 1/2 tspcinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tspchilli powder or flakes

Steps

  1. 1

    cleaned devined and drain shrimp...add garlic ginger and lemon rind then followed all the spices...leave for about 30 min.

  2. 2

    medium fire heat the skillet butter and olive oil sautee shrimp untill color change like red..add jalapeno and tomato..constant stirring add the ketchup.

  3. 3

    cover and simmer for about 2 min.

  4. 4

    you can add more chilli flakes or jalapeno if u prefer to be more hot(spicy).

  5. 5

    perfect for steamed white rice or tortilla

  6. 6
