Raspberry Bavarian Cream Raspberry Bavarian Cream
I wanted to eat a raspberry Bavarian cream so I made it. It's fluffier than the Simple Bavarian Cream in. It's a sweet and tart, airy Bavarian cream.Heat the milk over low heat and don't let it boil. Keep mixing or the custard will start to cook unevenly, so watch out for that.I used a smooth sweetened raspberry purée. The sweetness of the raspberry purée may vary depending on the manufacturer, so adjust accordingly. For 5 to 6 cups' worth. Recipe by kiri19 cookpad.japan -
Raspberry Frangipan Petit Fours Raspberry Frangipan Petit Fours
I made these petit fours for my class project at the Pennsylvania College of Technology in the baking and pastry arts program, in which we had to create our own business and promote it as well. My business was Babycakes, and I created these delicious Raspberry Petit Fours. I would love for others to create these as well! Enjoy!! Katie Toothman -
Raspberry Bavarois Raspberry Bavarois
I've been trying to eat less dairy, but I wanted to eat bavarois ...so I tried using soy milk cream and added raspberry juice. If you strain carefully, the bavarois will turn out smooth and beautiful. I use the leftover raspberries to top the bavarois, or I put them in something else, like salad dressings. Recipe by Maria358 cookpad.japan -

Very Berry Raspberry Cheese Cream Tart Very Berry Raspberry Cheese Cream Tart
To balance out the richness of the cheesecake filling, I added a generous amount of sweet and sour raspberries.Mix in each ingredient very well as you add them. The amount of gelatin needed will vary according to the type you use, so please adjust accordingly. If you use frozen berries to top the tart, mix them with nappage (readymade pie glaze). This will prevent the moisture from the berries from from soaking into the filling. Recipe by Pu-kosan. cookpad.japan -

Chocolate Raspberry Cookies Chocolate Raspberry Cookies
So good! First time making them and they were moderately simple. Nice tart taste from the raspberries :) If you don't like a more bitter chocolate taste, substitute semi-sweet chips with milk chocolate chips. Another good idea is to dust with powdered sugar. Hope you try them! And enjoy them! :)EmSanders
