Quick breakfast idea especially when you don't have time to organize a time taking meal

Wash, slice pepper and onion and set aside

Wash and break the desired quantity of eggs into a plate and whisk adding the sliced onions and peppers and pinch of salt.

Put your 1tbsp in the frying pan to fry your eggs and set aside
- 4
Take your sliced bread and sandwich it with the egg.
- 5
Grease your toaster with butter and pre heat for 2 minutes then put your sandwiched bread. In less than 5 minutes that batch of toast bread is ready.

Continue the toasting process till you exhaust your sandwiched bread
