I love pork because of the various ways you can cook it and this is one of my favorite recipes. Hope you'll love it as much as my family does😋
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Dice pork into your desired size and shape.
- 2
Place them in a bowl and add in garlic, ginger and soy sauce, mix well, cover it with a cling film and let it marinate over night in the fridge.
- 3
The next day transfer your pork marinate to a sufuria add in cinnamon powder and let it cook until the juices dries up.
- 4
Once they dry up continue frying until the excess oil from the pork can come out.
- 5
Drain off the excess oil. (I always use this oil for cooking the sukuma wiki that I will take with the pork).
- 6
Add salt and onions to the pork and start frying them for 3- 5 minutes.
- 7
After 5 minutes the pork should be ready.(forgot to take the photo)
- 8
Serve with ugali and desired vegetables, I chose sukuma wiki coz to me it goes well with pork. Enjoy😋😋

Sweet Soy Sauce Minced Pork Sweet Soy Sauce Minced Pork
#mycookbookI am a porridge ‘super’ big fan since I was a kid. My mom always cooked me plain porridge with different kinds of side dishes at least 2-3 times a month. This Sweet Soy Sauce Minced Pork is one of the ‘must’ menus every time she made porridge. It doesn’t use a lot of various ingredients but it’s very flavorful 😋😋😋 If you like my recipes, please follow my Instagram @jenscookingdiary for the Indonesian recipes or @jenscookdineandtravel for the English recipes 🙏🏻😊😘 jenscookingdiary -

Oil-free and Healthy Pan-Fried Ginger Pork Oil-free and Healthy Pan-Fried Ginger Pork
My husband loves pan-fried ginger pork, so I tried some different ways to make it. I found this recipe to be the best one. This version gives you flavorful and rich pork without any extra grease. Some recipes recommend you to coat the meat with the sauce before you fry it, but I think it's better to cook the meat first and coat it with the sauce to enjoy the flavor of the meat. If you have a big family, you can work up through Step 4 beforehand and then coat the meat with the sauce from Step 5 just before you plan on serving the dish. Recipe by Cha-miru cookpad.japan -

Stir-fried Broccoli and Pork with Oyster Sauce Stir-fried Broccoli and Pork with Oyster Sauce
We grow a lot of broccoli in my family home.I wanted to make a tasty stir-fry with broccoli.-You can use any part of pork. I like thinly sliced or shabu-shabu (very thinly sliced) sliced. In my photo I used sliced pork intended for shabu-shabu.-Boil the broccoli but leave it firm because you'll stir-fry it later. Recipe by Soyokaze cookpad.japan -
Steamed Chinese-style Lotus Root and Pork Slices Steamed Chinese-style Lotus Root and Pork Slices
My husband and I love beer.We thought of this because it's quick and easy to make and can be a snack or a main dish!!We made a healthy dish in the microwave... with a beer in one hand. This time, I used my favorite Mastrad silicone steamer. You could use plastic wrap as well. In that case, set a shorter time and check how it's going. I used sliced pork this time, but pork belly and pork shoulders work well too.Use it as a side dish in your bento.
