Ingredients

20 minutes
3 servings
  1. 1/2 kgpork
  2. 2 tbldark soy sauce
  3. 1onion
  4. 3 clovesgarlic
  5. 1 pieceginger
  6. 1tspn cinnamon powder
  7. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Dice pork into your desired size and shape.

  2. 2

    Place them in a bowl and add in garlic, ginger and soy sauce, mix well, cover it with a cling film and let it marinate over night in the fridge.

    The next day transfer your pork marinate to a sufuria add in cinnamon powder and let it cook until the juices dries up.

  4. 4

    Once they dry up continue frying until the excess oil from the pork can come out.

  5. 5

    Drain off the excess oil. (I always use this oil for cooking the sukuma wiki that I will take with the pork).

  6. 6

    Add salt and onions to the pork and start frying them for 3- 5 minutes.

  7. 7

    After 5 minutes the pork should be ready.(forgot to take the photo)

  8. 8

    Serve with ugali and desired vegetables, I chose sukuma wiki coz to me it goes well with pork. Enjoy😋😋
