Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsplit moong beans/ moong daal
  2. Oil for deep fry
  3. 1 tspsalt or as a tast
  4. 1 tspchilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a big bowl soak moong dal in 3 cup water for 5 hours.

    Drain all the water completely.
    Spread the soaked moong dal on a towel for dry water.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a deep pan add the dal to deep fry on medium hot oil.

    Cook till dal starts to get a light colour. Strain and remove the dal over paper towel.

    Allow it to little cool and add red chilli powder and salt, mix well.

    Enjoy crunchy moong dal namkeen with tea or coffee or any drinks
