Firstly prepare carrot halwa---
Heat the ghee in a pan, add the carrots and saute on a medium flame for 5 minutes, while stirring continuously. Add the sugar, cardamom powder mix well and cook for 2 min. - 2
Now, add the milk, mix well and Cook until all milk is absorbed and mixture turns thick. Stir ocassionally in between. Add the raisins, almonds, cashews and cook the gajar halwa for another few minutes. Keep a side.

Now prepare corn milk bowl--
In a bowl add in corn milk, wheat flour, oil mix it well then add sugar syrup mix well and make soft dough. - 4
Now, pinch a ball sized dough, and flatten it, dust flour as required and roll slightly thick, prick the flattened dough with fork. Place a small katori and wrap the dough, or make it with the help of ur hands.

Deep fry in hot oil, splash oil till the katori separates from the dough, now fry the katori, till it turns golden and crisp, drain off over kitchen paper and keep aside.

Assembling katori in a plate.
In a serving plate put Corn milk bowl, add in 2 tbsp carrot halwa, one rasgulla over it and garnish with some chopped cashews or any nuts.
Finally, serve corn milk bowl dessert immediately.
