  3. 3tomatoes
  4. 4 tbspoil
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 2rocyo cubes
  7. 1/2 kgbeef

Cooking Instructions

    Cut spinanch in big chunks

    Boil meat in water and salt over,,(salt is to make the meat salty inside giving it a better taste)medium heat for 20min

  3. 3

    Let it boil until the water is almost dry

  4. 4

    Add onions and oil in that sufuria with boiled meat and stir let the onions cook until pink

  5. 5

    Add cut tomatoes and more salt to taste

  6. 6

    Cover for 2mins,

  7. 7

    Stir again and more water for soup,serve with white rice or mukimo
