Ingredients

  1. 2-3ripe bananas
  2. 1/3 cupmelted butter/maragarine
  3. 3/4 cupsugar or 1 cup
  4. 1whisked egg
  5. 1 tspvanilla essesnce
  6. 1 tspbaking soda
  7. Pinchsalt
  8. 1and a half cups flour
  9. 1/2 tspcinnamon powder(optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mash your bananas using a fork.Add in your melted butter and mix well to combine

  2. 2

    Add in your sugar,lightly whisked egg,vanilla,cinammon powder,pinch of salt and baking soda.Mix well using a wooden spoon.

    Lastly add in your flour.Mix until combined.Don't overmix.

    Grease a loaf pan and add in your batter.Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about an hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.

    Enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea.
