2potatoes finely chopped
2carrots finely chopped
1 cuppeas
2tomatoes finely chopped
2 tspginger, garlic paste
as neededOil
1 tsp eachAll regular spices (salt,red chilli,turmeric,coriander)
1 tspcumin seeds

Take a pan heat oil add cumin seeds crackle it now add tomato and ginger, garlic paste cook it 2 min.

Now add regular spices mix well.

After 3-4 min add all vegies cook it till them soft.
