Ingredients

  2. 2 poundbroccoli
  3. 1/2 teaspoonseasoned salt
  4. 6large eggs

  6. 1-2/3 poundground meat, I used ground sirloin
  7. 1 teaspoonsalt
  8. 1medium onion
  9. 1/3 cupsliced olives with pimento peppers
  10. 1/2 cupraisins
  11. 1 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  12. 1/3 cuphoney
  13. 1/4 cup+ 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  14. 2 tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar
  15. ------toppings--------
  16. 8large boiled eggs
  17. 1/2 cupyour favorite hot sauce
  18. 1/4 poundbacon

Cooking Instructions

    Boil 8 eggs, let them boil 10 minutes. Crack the eggs leave on the shell, cool off with tap water.

    Drain water add hot sauce boil 7 minutes let them cool. Put eggs and hot sauce into a seal-able bag.

    Let sit 1 hour peel the eggs discard the shells and hot sauce. Set them aside.

    Steam the broccoli add seasoned salt. Put into the dish or pan

  5. 5

    Brown the ground meat. Add salt and garlic.

  6. 6

    Chop the onions, mix and add to meat with olives, raisins, and honey. Simmer till onions are tender about 15 minutes. The raisins will plump just a bit.

    Chop the bacon and crisp in a pan when crisped add to a paper towel.

    Add tomato paste simmer 12 minutes then add the vinegar.

    Stir together simmer 7 minutes. Let sit and scramble 6 eggs.

    Put the meat mixture on top of broccoli. Add egg around the meat mixture

  11. 11

    Add the boiled eggs and crispy bacon on top of the nest and filling.
