Boil your omens for about 7-10 minutes. Ensure you have cleaned them first

In a sufuria, saute your onions till translucent before adding the tomatoes... Let the tomatoes cook fully

Add your curry powder and salt....mix well and let cook

Add your preboiled omenas....stir and let them blend with the rest of the ingredients

I added my bell peppers towards the end, I wanted them crunchy...

Add a little water or milk to create a sauce...let it simmer for a few minutes

Ready to serve
