First of all, i just want to thank my parents who supported me to produce this great recipe. For me, this dish is very special because, through this dish, I gain many and multiracial customers. They are so fond of my dish that they are willing to buy it even though the delivery price is high. Until this day, I still produce this dish, for family, friends, and all my acquaintances.
Spicy korean chicken

Cara Memasak

Cut the chicken breast into dice shapes

Mix the sliced chicken with eggs and Bestari flour
- 3
Fry the coated chicken until golden yellow.

Lift the fried chicken and place it on a plate

Finely slice the red onion

Pound the garlic with the chilli until fine
- 7
Prepare a pan to make the sauce. Then, fry the onion and garlic with the pounded chilli until slightly crispy

Add a little salt and sugar

Then add Adabi korean sauce, Kimball chili sauce and honey to taste

Mix with the fried chicken and mix again until well combined

Serve the Korean Chicken on a plate.

Korean yangnyom chicken is one of the most popular foods which we've seen in lots of Korean dramas. When I went to Seoul last time, I found chicken shops everywhere. There are about 36,000 fried chicken restaurants in South Korea(data as of 2016). This is more than the number of McDonald's stores worldwide!!😱💦According to my husband, who is from Korea, yangnyeom chicken is usually not a home-cooked food and people mostly buy or order from outside. However, in overseas, we cannot always find Korean chicken shops. Also, I believe that the homemade one can be a bit more healthier than the one from outside. Therefore, I searched for over 10 recipes from several sources both in Korean and Japanese and made my own original sauce🙌 My husband loved it so it must be close to the authentic one!In Korea, pickled radishes always come together with yangnyeom chicken. I feel like when you know the simple basics of making a burger you will be able to explore different recipes to impress not only you but everyone around you.Top for this - if you are going to use Grade AA eggs, then you will need more breadcrumbs. Otherwise your patty will be too watery.Using flour is always good alternative - really depends on what texture you are looking for. I feel that when using flour the patty becomes too dry and the burger ends up hard - hence the breadcrumbs. :)Aina

In my family who's not so into healthy food, this is one of the few food they go cray-cray for as well as they will gobble it down as soon as I'm done. Generally they like their pancake sweet so they will drizzle some honey or they will request me to add sugar in the batter which I didn't do it of course and found alternative ways to make it sweet naturally which i have experiment throughout the years.
