  2. 100 gfresh milk
  3. 60 gunsalted butter
  4. 80 gsugar
  5. 6eggs
  6. Little lemon juice
  7. 50 glow protein flour

Cara Memasak

    Melt cream cheese & butter into milk with boiled water below

    Add in egg yolk one by one

  3. 3

    Add in flour, mix well, set aside

  4. 4

    Best egg White with lemon juice n add sugar at 3 different stages until soft peak

  5. 5

    Mix 1/3 egg White mixture to the egg yolk mixture, mix well then pour it back to the egg White, mix well

  6. 6

    Then pour into 8 inch mould, put hot water at bottom, preheat 140°c, bake for 30min, then bake again 110°c for 30 min, bake again 160°c for 10min
