Cara Memasak

Masukkan susu, whipping cream dan serbuk bawang putih ke dalam pan. Didihkan sedikit.

Masukkan kentang. Kacau sebati dan didihkan sehingga kentang 3/4 masak. Tutup api.

Masukkan kentang tadi ke dalam bekas yang bersesuaian untuk dibakar. Tabur keju. Bakar pada suhu 180darjah celcius selama 30minit.
