Finally i can cook! Bahagia sangat feeling dapat masak. Been weeks since i cooked coz i've been busy with packing, moving and unpacking at the brand new place and we've been eating take away food for about a week plus.
Tiap kali tengok kitchen baru, feeling excited nak masak tapi bile mengenangkan banyak lagi benda nak buat and unpack jadi tak semangat nak masak. But last night, told my MIL I'm gonna cook dinner tonight, so bored of eating outside food. Plus i really do miss cooking, it's really my Zen thing to do.

Finally i can cook! Bahagia sangat feeling dapat masak. Been weeks since i cooked coz i've been busy with packing, moving and unpacking at the brand new place and we've been eating take away food for about a week plus.
Tiap kali tengok kitchen baru, feeling excited nak masak tapi bile mengenangkan banyak lagi benda nak buat and unpack jadi tak semangat nak masak. But last night, told my MIL I'm gonna cook dinner tonight, so bored of eating outside food. Plus i really do miss cooking, it's really my Zen thing to do.
Cara Memasak

Hirisan ayam diperap dengan telur dan tepung kentucky. Gaul sebati.

Panaskan minyak (tak perlu banyak sangat minyak, time ni kena jimat dengan minyak sebab harga minyak mahal 😅) dan goreng hingga warna kuning keemasan. Angkat, toskan minyak dan ketepikan.

Lebihan minyak dari menggoreng, keluarkan dan guna kuali yang sama.
Cairkan butter dan masukkan cili padi dan bawang putih. Tumis hingga naik bau.
Only then masukkan daun kari dan tumis hingga naik bau. - 4
Bila bahan tumis tadi dah naik bau dan bawang putih rupanya agak garing keemasan, masukkan hirisan ayam yang telah digoreng tadi. Gaul sebati dengan bahan tumis.
Kemudian tambahkan susu dan biarkan hingga mendidih. Bila kuah start mendidih, ia akan menjadi pekat. Terpulang kepada selera masing-masing nak cair atau slightly pekat. Time ni boleh perasakan dengan garam dan lada sulah.

Mine is slightly thicken gravy and hidangkan dengan nasi putih. YUMS!
