Butter chicken (thick soup)

Hello everyone.

I am going to share my own recipe on how to cook butter chicken but what makes this recipe different is the thickness of the butter sauce.

I created this recipe based on the dishes I ate from a restaurant in Sabah (Alu-alu kitchen). It became one of the most delicious food I’ve ever tasted.

So I am going to share the recipe and hope you like it.

  1. Bahan perapan ayam
  2. 2sudu besar tepung gandum
  3. 2sudu besar tepung bestari/tepung segera
  4. 1 sudu tehlada putih
  5. 1 sudu tehblack pepper
  6. Bahan butter sauce
  7. 50 grambutter
  8. 5 ulasgarlic
  9. 2hiris lemon
  10. 1tangkai daun kari
  11. 2ketul cili padi (if you like spicy food)
  12. 1 sudu tehtepung jagung
  13. 1cup evaporated milk

Cara Memasak

    Mix bahan perapan ayam and perap ayam dalam tempoh 30 minit

    Panaskan kuali, masukkan butter and tunggu sampai dia cair and berbuih

    Campur garlic, curry leaves dan cili padi. Masak sampai naik bau.

    Masukkan evaporated milk, and air hirisan lemon. Tunggu sampai mendidih.

    Masukkan tepung jagung and tunggu dia likat. Kalau suka pekat boleh didihkan lama sikit. Tutup api dan asingkan.

    Panaskan minyak masak dalam kuali lain, and masakkan ayam perapan.

    Sesusah masak, masukkan ayam yang telah digoreng ke dalam sauce butter.
