Cara Memasak

Preheat oven to 225'c degrees. Put round skillet or baking dish in oven to heat up.

Mix all ingredients except the butter in a blender and whizz through until no lumps.

Bring oven temp down to 200'c. Take baking dish out and add butter. Let it melt in heat.

Add pancake mix into baking dish and quickly place it in oven to cook for 15 minutes or until it rises like this.

Serve immediately with topping of choice. eg: fruit, icing sugar, maple syrup, nutella..anything you want!!
