Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 1/4 cupsugar
  3. 1/2 tablespoonyeast
  4. Warm water as required
  5. Pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Activate the yeast by adding it to the warm water

  2. 2

    Mix all the dry ingredients

  3. 3

    Add the yeast mixture to the dry ingredients and beat it well. The batter should not be to watery nor too thick

  4. 4

    Cover and allow it to rise for about an hour

  5. 5

    Deflate and fry it.
