Cooking Instructions

Pour oil into the pan, place on medium heat

Add the onions and fry for 2 minutes

Add the scotch bonnet, maggi, curry and salt, fry for another 2 minutes

Add your banana and stir fry for 1 minutes

Banana sauce is ready

Serve with white rice
