Ingredients

  1. 500 gmchicken
  2. 2potatoes
  3. 2bay leaves
  4. 2 stickscinnamon
  5. 4green cardamom
  6. 2 teaspoonginger paste
  7. 2 teaspoongarlic paste
  8. 2tomatoes sliced
  9. 2onions paste
  10. 4roughly cutted onions
  11. 1 teaspoonfenugreek seeds
  12. Chicken Marination spices
  13. Halfcup curd
  14. 1 teaspooncumin paste
  15. 1 teaspooncoriander paste
  16. 1 teaspoongaram masala paste
  17. 3 tablespooncrushed dried fenugreek leaves
  18. 2 teaspoonred chilli paste
  19. 3 teaspoontomato paste

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a pan add 4 table spoon mustard oil heat it.. Then add bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom saute them for 30 second.. Then add sliced tomatoes and onions and them until they became soft.. Then add cube sized potato and fry until golden brown in colour..

    Then add the marinated chicken pieces and let it cook in medium flame until chicken pieces get fried and turned to golden brown colour stir Occasionally.. Then add ginger, garlic and onion paste.. Mix all well and let it to be cook for 15 minutes.. Now add Lukewarm water and cover the pan for 20 minute..

    After 20 minutes open the lid and fenugreek seeds turned off the gas and keep it aside.. Methi chicken is ready to serve..
