Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsfresh methi (fenugreek leaves)
  2. 1 cupwheat flour
  3. 1/2 cupgram flour
  4. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  5. 1 tbspgreen chilli paste
  6. 2 tbsplemon juice
  7. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  8. 1 tbspturmeric powder
  9. 1 tbspsesame seeds
  10. 1 tbspsugar
  11. 1 tbspoil
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. as neededWater
  14. leavesCoriander
  15. 2 tbsp For tempering oil
  16. 1 tbspmustard seeds
  17. 1 tbspsesame seeds
  18. 1 tbspCurry patta
  19. 1 Pinchasafoetida

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Divide the dough into 3-4 balls. Roll each ball into a log about 1.5"in diameter.make rolls. In a steamer. Steam for 10 min..cool them.cut into slices.

    In a pan heat the oil.add mustard seeds, sesame seeds and curry patta and astofieda. Add methi muthiya.. stir fry for some time..garnish with coriander leaves.
