It was my first time making blue curacao syrup at home so why not use it all? Do you want to learn how to?

I love mojitos in the summmer time. So instead of spending a ton at the bar I figured out how to make them myself at home.

I think there might be better versions and you could always add a can of lime soda water and some pineapple juice to sweeten it up. I have even tried maraschino syrup instead of grenadine. Learned this from a cooking class.check out bcaitc.ca and weheartlocalbc.ca. Ps of course I had to try the alcohol version.

I was actually aiming for sorbet but my poor attention to detail landed me here. I hope you try it! Next time I plan to use mint ice cream... Yummy!
