Ingredients

  1. Tiger nuts
  2. Sugar/vanilla flavour
  3. Cloves/dates
  4. Evap milk

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and soak your tiger nuts for 1 hours

  2. 2

    In a blender pour all the ingredients except for sugar, flavour and milk then blend on high speed.

  3. 3

    In another bowl sieve your juice and add the sugar, flavour and milk. Enjoy
