  1. 1 kgBeef qeema
  2. 2 tspGinger/garlic paste
  3. 4Tomatoes
  4. Onion 2 medium
  5. 5.8Loong
  6. 6.8Kaali mirch
  7. 2Baari elaichi
  8. 1 stickDaar chini
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. 2 tspRed chilli powd
  11. 1/2 tspTurmeric
  12. 12-15Green chillies
  13. 1 cupOil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil add ginger garlic paste saute well then add sliced onions mix well do not give colour add qeema,tomatoes,all spices and cover lid till mince gets cooked well then add lots of green chillies and bhunofy well.We have to add green chillies in big quantity because it's haari mirch qeema and we use red chilli powder in less amount.
