Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 cupsflour
  2. 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  3. 1/2 cupwhite sugar
  4. 1/2 tspBaking powder and baking soda
  5. 250 gbutter
  6. 2eggs
  7. Vanilla flavor
  8. Raisins

Cooking Instructions

    Cream your butter and sugar’s as seen in the picture

    Add the eggs to the butter and sugar mixture,Add vanilla and mix,then add your flour,baking powder & soda. Mix well to form a soft dough

    Add in your raisins (busasshen inibi) and mix.Refrigerate for 5 minutes and take it out

    Make small balls and arrange on a baking tray. Use spoon or your hand to deflate the balls. Bake in a pre heated oven for 10 minutes or more (depending on how your oven works)

    Arrange on a wire rack and allow it to cool completely. Enjoy 😉

    Drizzle Nutella or homemade chocolate and serve. You can keep your cookies in an airtight container for further use. Thank you Jahun’s delicacies and cookpad 😊
