Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 tinsevaporated milk
  2. 2satchets of milo
  3. 1/4 cupwater
  4. Whipping cream
  5. to tasteSugar
  6. Vanilla flavor (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, add your whipping cream and 1 tin of milk and whip at high speed until it forms a stiff peak

  2. 2

    In another bowl pour 1½ satchet milo and mix it with the ¼ cup of water and keep aside to totally dissolve

  3. 3

    In another bowl, pour the other tin of milk and add sugar to your taste

  4. 4

    In a transparent cup, pour the milk and sugar mixture to reach half the cup, then top with whipped cream and put in the fridge/freezer

  5. 5

    When the milo is completely dissolved, scoop some amount of the remaining whipped cream and mix them all together untill fully corporated, then scoop the mixture on top of the already set whipped cream in the transparent cup

  6. 6

    Garnish using the remaining ½ satchet of milo or any fruit or raisin of your choice. Serve chilled and enjoy
