Dalgona Bustelo coffee ☕ with amaretto
Dalgona Busteloo amaretto ..My husband and me récipe ...enjoy. Add all the coffee, sugar and boiling water in a bowl (you can easily double or triple this recipe). Using a hand mixer or stand mixer and whip on one of the higher speeds.Whip the entire mixture for about 2 minutes. Scrape down the sides and whip any bits that didn't get whipped.Taste (if is very strong! But of course diluted with your milk) and add more sugar IF desired. I've seen some people add another tablespoon of sugar, but it was fine for me. Remember it'll be diluted with the milk!Add the coffee to a tall glass (about 8-12 ounces) of your favourite milk. I've tried it with soy milk, almond and 0ats milk., then spoon the whipped coffee on top. If using hot, just add it to the glass.Using your spoon or straw, stir vigorously to swirl it into your milk.Sip and enjoy! Also take a photo 😉

Vietnamese Egg Coffee (video included)
Egg coffee was invented in 1946 by a bartender in Hanoi who whisked eggs into his coffee cause’ he couldn't find fresh milk. The result was decadent and delicious, so he opened Cafe Giảng introduced “cà phê trứng “(egg coffee), and Hanoians have loved the drink ever since. The taste, however, is like a sweet, luxurious and ultra-creamy dessert—the egg thickens the already-sweet drink, resulting in what's often described as liquid tiramisu. And let's face it: Is there any better way to start the day than that?☺️

Sophisticated Coffee Jello
Though the ingredients and Steps are simple, I actually put quite a lot of thought into this recipe. For example, I considered what consistency the jello needed to be to crumble it, and also the balance of bitterness and sweetness.I use caffeine-free coffee, so that I can eat this at night and still get to sleep. I use granulated instant coffee, as opposed to the powdered kind.Use a generous amount of cream, otherwise it will be difficult to whisk. Be sure to use any leftovers to make something scrumptious. Coffee and Milk Agar Jello
My oldest son loves coffee jelly, so I made it with kanten. For my second son, I also made milk kanten, which is a little less sweet.Adjust the amount of sugar to your liking! The amount of kanten is approximate, so if you are unsure about the amount, it's better to add more to the coffee kanten. The milk kanten will be poured directly into cups, so it does not matter if it's slightly firm. I prefer a soft, jiggly texture for the milk kanten. For 4-5 servings. Recipe by OBU

Chocolate Coffee Pudding
Whenever I drink hot cocoa, I like adding a little bit of coffee. It makes the drink more flavorful and delicious! So I rearranged a recipe for cocoa pudding and tried making a dessert with cocoa and coffee. When you are using instant coffee granules, it might be hard to dissolve (even though that's the reason I thought of using granules in the first place...lol). If you strain the mixture, it won't be a problem! Recipe by Mintominto
