Banana and date smoothie

#1post1Hope. I'm a lover of dates.we always have dates on the table everyday as a tradition in my home . Most times I soak Dem , remove d seed ,blend , and drink up.ather times , I boil to get d syrup because of its health benefits while adding cloves n cinnamon and refrigerate.😋 today I blended bananas and added .it was real nice and filling.
