Dates and banana shake

I specifically made this shake for my mother in law. She comes every year for fasting and loves all sorts of drinks,shakes or smoothies. It's really delicious and healthy.

To achieve bright Color use fresh banana that has not been chilledI still enjoyed mine , no addictive. You can also top it with strawberry

I thinks most of us knows the health benefit of water melon more especially when mixed with milk and dates
