Ingredients

  1. sheetsFilo pastry
  2. Cabbage shredded
  3. Carrot grated
  4. Onion thinly sliced
  5. Curry
  6. Garlic powder
  7. Red bell pepper paste
  8. Salt
  9. Vegetable oil
  10. Water
  11. Flour

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a sauce pan,add bell pepper paste and stir

  2. 2

    Add in cabbage,carrot,onions spices and salt,maggi to taste.

  3. 3

    Turn off heat and allow to cool

  4. 4

    Cut your filo sheet into desired size

  5. 5

    Make a paste with flour and water to be used to seal the edges

  6. 6

    Spread a sheet on aplate,spoon some filling on top,roll into a mat,apply glue and tuck in

  7. 7

    Repeat the process for the rest

  8. 8

    Heat oil and fry on medium heat until crispy

  9. 9

    Drain excess oil and serve
