Ingredients

10 minutes
4 person
  1. 1 cupsemolina
  2. 1/2 tspyeast
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 2large pepper
  5. 1small onions
  6. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

10 minutes
  1. 1

    In a blow mix the semolina and salt with yeast

  2. 2

    Add the granted pepper and cut the onions

  3. 3

    Mix everything together and allow to raise for 10 minutes

  4. 4

    Fry in a medium heat

  5. 5

    Serve with hot tea or any cool drink.
