Ingredients

  1. 1Egg (beaten)
  2. 2 Cups- Flour
  3. 4 Tbsps- Sugar
  4. 1 Tsp- Baking Powder
  5. 1/4 Tsp- Salt
  6. 2 Tbsp- Butter (melted)
  7. 8-9 Tbsps- Luke warm water
  8. 5Eggs Boiled
  9. Oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

    Use your fingers to blend the butter into the flour until it is crumbly.

  3. 3

    Add the beaten egg and mix together.

  4. 4

    The dough should look dry at this point.

    Begin to introduce the water a little at a time and work the dough till dough is soft and sticky but still workable.

    Work the dough for about a minute then cover it and let it rest for about 15 to 20 minutes.

    Work the dough again for a couple of seconds to a minute and divide it into 5.

  8. 8

    Tightly wrap each of the dough around each Egg.

    Fry on a medium heat turning over and over again until it’s golden brown.
