Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsFlour
  2. 1tsYeast
  3. 1 tbsBaking powder
  4. 1 scoopButter
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. 6boiled eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the butter with the flour until smooth

  2. 2

    Add the salt,baking powder and yeast. Add water gradually until a sticky dough is form. Knead for 5 minutes and cover it.

  3. 3

    Allow it rise for 30 minutes, roll it flat, put the 1 boiled egg in the center and roll over until the dough completely covers the boiled egg.

  4. 4

    Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown
