Ingredients

  1. 1 pkgEnglish muffins
  2. 1 jartomato sauce
  3. 1 pkgshredded cheese
  4. Fresh herbs (basil or oregano)
  5. Toppings: Italian sausage, peppers, onions, olives, pepperoni, pineapple, ham or bacon

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Split a English muffin in half....toast until golden brown.

  2. 2

    Spoon tomato sauce onto each toasted muffin.

  3. 3

    Arrange your favorite topping onto each muffin, then sprinkle with shredded cheese and herbs.

  4. 4

    Place on a cookie sheet and bake in a 400 degree oven until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.(approx 10-15 min)

I love making these! They are so easy and quick and any topping is delicious. I did not have the fresh herbs so I used dried Italian seasoning. Topped with mushrooms, onions and bacon :)
