3 cupscooked rice, cooled
2hard boiled eggs
1/2 cupchopped celery
1/3 cupschopped green bell pepper
1/4 cupchopped onion
1/4 cupdill pickle relish
1/3 cupssweet pickle relish
1/3 cupsmayonnaise
1/4 cupFrench salad dressing
1 teaspoonsalt
1/4 teaspoonblack pepper

Mix first seven ingredients together in large bowl

In small bowl mix remaining ingredients

Pour over first mixture and toss to coat. Refrigerate for hour before serving
