Ingredients

6 servings
  • 3 cupscooked rice, cooled
  • 2hard boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cupchopped celery
  • 1/3 cupschopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cupchopped onion
  • 1/4 cupdill pickle relish
  • 1/3 cupssweet pickle relish
  • 1/3 cupsmayonnaise
  • 1/4 cupFrench salad dressing
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/4 teaspoonblack pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix first seven ingredients together in large bowl

  2. 2

    In small bowl mix remaining ingredients

  3. 3

    Pour over first mixture and toss to coat. Refrigerate for hour before serving
